relationships - purpose - resilience - sleep - movement - nutrition

Generally, I am a fan of "more is less".
But in this case, mainly because I made pretty good experiences with supplements myself (and I tried MANY of them, believe me!) and since it is said that -even when following a pretty good whole food diet- the current state of our earth's soils as well as the farming practices are simply not nurishing enough (anymore) for food to have the ideal amounts of nutrients in them. And this is why, IF YOU CAN, I do generally recommend the following supplements, which are the ones I take myself too:
A multivitamin or, as minimum, Vitamin D, the world's most common deficiency.
Magnesium citrate or glycinate (those are the most bioavailable forms of magnesium)
Probiotic (and maybe prebiotic)
Collagen
Creatine
Whey isolate (optinal but recommended to make adequate protein consumption easier)
Omega 3 (optional, but recommended in case you don't manage to eat fish at least twice a week)
But PLEASE don't sweat it if you can't afford high quality supplements (always make sure they are third party tested!) or if you are someone who always buys them, but never ends up taking them. Then just try doing everything else right instead of wasting a lot of money! ;-)
