relationships - purpose - resilience - sleep - movement - nutrition

Even though I think eating well actually does matter, I also think that "everything in moderation" (besides the obvious no-no's like trans-fats, sodas and foods one is allergic against, of course) is a pretty good start for many of us. And -despite me admittedly more often than not struggling with it myself- I am a strong believer in the claim that MANY weight-related issues could be majorly improved by simply changing how we eat instead of what we eat. If we were to really take time for and fully focus on the foods we eat, every time we eat we would surely be full faster (as in after eating less) and with this automatically eat smaller portions/less calories. And, in fact, chances are we might not even like the taste of some of the things we eat but "shouldn't" as chewing (= mixing food with saliva) changes the taste of some foods.
Try it!
I will try again too... until I hopefully finally manage one day...!
We've got this! ;-)
