Mindful eating
We talk so much about WHAT to eat, but ever thought of the equally important HOW to eat? Sitting down to eat, not multi-tasking while having a meal, taking a breath before the first bite, chewing well throughout the meal, eating in pleasant company.

Water
Water (lots of it) and maybe unsweetened coffee or tea is where it's at. Don't drink your daily calories.
