Different from how I think women should approach exercise (see blog post "Exercise for Women"), men -I think- should really just go for it without restriction and move, move, move.
Having said that, opposing to the strength training I recommend for women out of genetic reasons, for men -I think- it only makes sense to do a lot of cardio. After all, you were made to go fast and strong (think hunting animals for food), so now you have to train your "weak side": Endurance.
Ever thought about training for a marathon?!? ;-)
