Yes, I know, cold plunges and cryotherapy are all the buzz lately for increasing blood flow, healthy reflection, speedy recovery, etc. But for the ones of us that don't have those at their disposal and/or don't have the time or money for them:


Make the last >30 seconds of your daily showers as cold as the tab allows.


I've been doing it my entire adult life and I think that there is hardly anything that is better and easier to do for feeling refreshed, awake and rejuvenated. It might be hard getting used to them for some (I know, as my husband for example really struggles with them), but once you got over the first hurdle and have managed making them part of your daily routine, you won't be able to live without them anymore. They're addictive!
