1. Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by gesundspot.

2. Services
I offer personalized health coaching and other sessions online (Zoom) or in person. The scope, duration, and price of sessions are outlined on the "MyServices" page of this website.

3. Booking and Payment
Bookings must be made via the online booking form. Payment is required upfront using Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or PayPal. Failure to pay may result in session cancellation.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
Reschedules and cancellations must be communicated by either side at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be forfeited without a refund. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Liability
The information and services provided by gesundspot do not replace professional medical advice. Gesundspot is not liable for outcomes based on recommendations. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet, exercise, or health regimen.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please inform me in writing via email at simone@gesundspot.com.

To cancel your booking, please provide the following information:
- Name
- Booking date and time
- Email address

Note: If the session has already taken place, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
